    Not really quite sure how to share my experience at this shop mixed feelings I went to do one package a yodel one it did get done correctly which is great, but I think a bit of training is needed as to how customers are spoken to just doesn’t seem very professional and I work in retail it’s almost like they just grabbed anyone to work behind the counter and didn’t set any rules

    Went in on Sunday morning and got charged full price for coffee and biscuits even tho there was promotion on. Went back in store and middle aged woman just shrugged and said she can’t do anything as she only does morning shift and can’t or won’t fix it even tho she knew I was over charged
