This branch doesn’t stock Beauty of Josean or other premium Korean skincare brands. Better off going to Clumber Street branch or shopping online, both of which do stock it.
Visited today and was falsely accused of opening and using a brand new spray. When I clearly showed the employee that I had used a tester, no apology was given at all.
Waited for ages at the perfume counter. Asked if a member of staff was serving and she just said no and walked off. The lady busy helping could have asked for more staff to help or the lady that couldn't be bothered to serve me could have.
Had everything my daughter needed, always someone asking if you need help etc, good shop
Nothing super about drugs. Be careful kids. Has a large selection of makeup so your kids think they're ugly if they don't wear it. Plenty of smellies and bronzer for those who like to look slightly orange.
Went for some Xmas shopping. The service was quick and friendly. Some really good deals in there for Xmas.
Very helpful staff. Store is nicely laid out and easy to find what you're looking for.
Very good store, well laid out, wide aisles, great selection of make up for all price range. Good selection of perfume and aftershaves. Toiletries and holiday essentials. What's not to like about this store.
As always great shop, great brand. But some staff members need to brush up on just understanding customers. Took a customer 3 times to say her surname before the cashier could even begin to understand what the customer was saying.....rather than asking the customer "write it down for me" big queue created purely because the cashier didn't use common sense.
Good shop, ok customer service. The shop overall is a bit expensive but if you want the best you have to pay for it :-(
