   I ordered a floral arrangement from Studio Florist of Upminster for my wife, and they absolutely delivered — literally and figuratively. The bouquet was stunning, beautifully put together, and it made her very happy after a rough week. John emailed me back almost immediately when I inquired as to the delivery timing. -excellent customer service- From order to delivery at Ye Olde Plough House, everything was smooth, friendly, (far better than anything I’ve dealt with from big national chains) and priced very fair with tremendous quality. Flowers were fresh, organized & presented beautifully. I Highly recommend. I’ll be using them again without hesitation for my Christmas gifts for her family!

   First time ordering but not my last. Amazing service and when covid through a spanner in the works regarding my delivery date and I couldn't be sure they would be home they were so helpful. Difficult ordering anything from Spain but this was so easy with an immediate email to confirm the order As it happened my niece was actually home but so lovely to experience such fabulous customer service.
