Fantastic service - I bought flowers online from My Flowers and they did not come as expected (they were very tiny and not worth the money I paid at all). I was really exited to get some flowers today for my mother in law . This is what I got for 30£ . Don’t know what to say . I own a business and I know how hard is to keep up with the expenses and the suppliers and all that . But honestly I would be happier with flowers from the supermarket
Brian’s Florist was subsequently sold and is now under new management (2019) Since purchasing this family run florist has undertook a a full refurbishment and restructuring and certainly leads in providing higher end artisan floral designs for all types occasions serving its local customers and community with nothing short of excellence. The New layout looks super ✨
My friend recently lost her grandson of just 5 days old. I made the families floral tributes for the funeral as my way of giving something, but forgot to get cards to go on to the arrangements. My friend explained to the lady today and tried to buy some cards from Brian’s Florists and was abruptly told that unless she ordered flowers from their shop she was not allowed to buy cards! How disappointing and heartbreaking for my friend that a florist refused to sell a small piece of card that probably cost pennies so she could write something for her deceased grandson! Disgusting! Shame on you! So very rude as well.
My boyfriend got me a rose bouquet from here for my birthday on wednesday and paid £40 for like 8 roses to be in the bouquet. Which is pricey as it is but the presentation was nice so it wasn’t too big of a deal. I left them in the water they came in for 2 days but after they started looking a bit sad i put them in a vase with plant food and cut the stems. They are now all dead on sunday. Paid £40 for the roses to not even last 4 days? not great, supermarket flowers would last much longer.
We chose Brian’s Florist for a funeral service. Due to lockdown, we were unable to visit the store. However the service over the phone was great from start to finish. We were very pleased with our flowers. The flowers looked beautiful and were delivered promptly.
I just ordered the beautiful White Wendy hand tied bouquet for valentines day and I cannot express enough how handy Maria was on the phone and how excited I am for these flowers to arrive. We spoke for a solid 10 minute adding customisation and she threw in recommendations. I am totally excited for the flowers to arrive and I will definitely be ordering from this florists again. I totally don't feel guilty for spending on valentines day because I know I will get a beautiful memory of flowers.Thanks so much x
Made an order over the phone for a bouquet of flowers for £25. When I picked them up I was disgusted to see that I could have got a better bouquet from Asda for 10 quid !!! What flowers there was were not of high value and they looked tired . Even the leaves were brown and had caterpillar holes in them . Wouldn't use them again.
