I bought my white gold engagement ring in for a re-size and they did a good job re-sizing. The only thing is it now looks a little gold so I don't think it was re-plated afterwards as it didn't look like that when it went in. But it's polished well and has a good finish on it.

Took a ring , last minute to Carl to be resized as another jeweler said it would be difficult to do . Carl did it no problem , excellent work and an honest guy . Excellent customer service from the moment I spoke to the girl on the desk ( sorry didn't get her name ) . 100% will be going back with other jewellery.
My engagement ring was slightly too big for me so I needed to get it resized - I initially went to another jeweller in town who made a big fuss and said they have to reset the stones and it would cost a lot of money. Went to Carl Moore and they were brilliant! They resized it within a few days at a very reasonable cost and it's perfect! Metal is seamless and they shined it up so it looks brand new. Professional jeweller, no fuss, quality service - would definitely recommend.
I commissioned Carl to make me a bangle for my wife and a ring for myself, to say I was impressed is an understatement as the finished article was fabulous and both my wife and I can not recommend Carl more highly from the design, workmanship, communication and importantly the value for money aspect.
