    I had a very unpleasant experience in this shop. The elderly female shop assistant was extremely rude and dismissive when I asked a simple question about ring sizing. When I left the shop, she then began gossiping to her colleagues while openly staring at me, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. This was my first experience of Scruples and unfortunately it will also be my last. The customer service was poor and left me feeling unwelcome.

We not only ordered our amazing wedding rings, after searching high and low for months to find exactly what we wanted.. But my lovely wife to be is having her late Grandmother's ring resized for her, so she can wear it with pride.

    I took my Seiko watch in for new battery on 2nd March 2023 and the service was first class.The watch had never had a replacement battery prior to this visit and removing the cover was extremely difficult and time consuming (excuse the pun!!)but the gentleman persevered and the battery was duly replaced all at an unbelievable fair price. Thank you Scruples a true five star service.
