   we visited baldwin jewellery after looking in a lot of places. in these other shops 'some claiming to be high end' nothing was quite right and if any adjustment was needed the ring would be sent to the manufacturer for a few weeks. baldwin was the opposite, it didn't take long to find the perfect high quality piece that they take to the work shop upstairs for sizing and is ready within the hour. outstanding. I recommend anyone go in and speak to them before deciding on a high street store the whole buying experience was very personal and amazing. thankyou baldwin jewellery.

   Excellent experience this week. The service was fantastic. We never felt pushed into anything and were served with honesty and care. The jeweller's experience was fabulous. Not only did we leave with exactly what my heart wished for, I also left multiple pieces of highly sentimental items to be repaired. I'm looking forward to seeing it all when it is completed.

   After admiring the watches whilst munching on a steak slice we nipped in. Andy greeted us with a very welcoming smile, his friendly attitude and sense of humour had us laughing in minutes. After 20 minutes or so of comparing watches with Andy’s knowledgeable insight we were able to make a decision on the one we wanted. Whilst Andy was sorting out the box and paperwork for the watch, we enquired about repairing a ring. The team (didn’t catch their names sorry) were just as professional and friendly as Andy and advised timescales for the repair. We left with a great present and trust that my ring shall be fixed with care and attention. Thank you guys!
