   I popped in the St Austell branch to enquire about changing a watch strap, I wasn't sure whether it could be done in store as I was informed by a different jeweller that my watch had to be sent away. I was assisted by a lovely lady called Emma who was able to do the job straight away. I was very impressed with the service and definitely recommend this store.

   I ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service and Stunning Results I recently took my late Nan’s ring in for repair . It was missing a sapphire and needed a good clean. From the moment I was greeted by Ebony, I knew it was in safe hands. Her customer service and professionalism were outstanding. She made me feel completely confident entrusting her with something not only priceless, but deeply sentimental. The whole process was straightforward and reassuring. When it came time to collect the ring, I was nervous and anxious, but once again, Ebony put me at ease. And the ring… absolutely breathtaking. I’ve never seen it look so beautiful. You would never even know it had been worked on, the craftsmanship was flawless. I’m more than confident in using this service again should I ever need to, and Ebony is truly a credit to the store. Exceptional experience from start to finish.

   I took my daughter here yesterday to have her ears pierced. She was very nervous but Ebony and Sara were very welcoming and made her feel at ease. Ebony was patient, relaxed and professional while undertaking the piercing and clearly explained the aftercare required. We enquired at various places before this piercing and H.Samuels were the best value for money by far! I have a very happy daughter and would definitely reccomend the service. Thank you!

   Having had a terrible experience in the Truro branch came to the St Austell branch and what a difference! Greeted by friendly smiley staff. They helped sort out our issues we had. All resolved and invited us back if any further issues. Wish we had come here first. Well recommended service and staff.

   Absolutely abysmal customer service! Untrained staff at supervisor and assistant manager level! Over 2grands worth of spend in one month and all you get is spoken over, interrupted and an obnoxious response. Complain politely and they’ll hide behind “their rights” whilst completely ignoring both their manages viewpoint (not present on occasion) and basic consumer rights. Buying engagement rings is meant to be memorable! This is a nightmare dealing with them. Only solace it seems we’re not the only ones who have had this experience.
