Lovely, clean studio and friendly, vibey staff. Had a pain-free and speedy session with Isaac today, really happy with my tattoo and I will most definitely be back soon (:
The studio itself is fine and I have no issues there. However my experience at this studio was let down entirely by Nathan (baseball.dmg). His communication and pricing were inconsistent, he rescheduled often, and when I tried to address the issues he was rude and dismissive. It was very unprofessional. I also had artists openly talking about going to get high right in front of me during my appointment, which didn’t inspire confidence. I wouldn’t book with him again. Edit: After posting this review, the studio privately messaged me to try and make me feel guilty for sharing my honest experience. For a studio I’ve been loyal to, it’s really disappointing — and frankly unprofessional. Instead of addressing the behaviour that led to the review, they chose to contact me directly, which only reinforces the concerns I raised in the first place.
AVOID at all costs. My gf wanted a sentiment tattoo for her late mother and initial consultation was had. For the tattoo design, was a small blue coloured butterfly for which she was charged £150. However, the consultation agreed was also to include some text writing which, contrary to initial consultation, would be a further £100. When approached about this, they gave bs excuses for colour, preparation time, colour lasting time etc. All bs based on what other advice we've had since. Complete rip off merchants, they are a smash and grab your cash "artist" and we will never give them custom again. ..there are plenty of honest and decent places to choose from. What should've been a beautiful memory to her Mum, has just tarnished the whole experience for her.
Just wanted to leave a review as I have been coming back to this artist time and time again as their work is immaculate, the studio itself is lovely clean and well decorated and the other artists are really welcoming and lovely. I have attached photos of all the work done (the thigh piece being the newest). I always feel welcome, safe and comfortable. The artist always checks in on me if I go quiet to make sure I am okay and was offered lots of tea and had no pressure to keep going and could take a break whenever (ultimately being taken care of in the best way). I first came to this artist for my chest tattoo when I was 19 (as a young girl this could’ve been nerve racking but the artist (si) was amazing! ) as I messaged the studio with a design and they recommended him. He was very kind and considerate and I felt really comfortable, it was the first tattoo in this type of area for me and I had a 20/10 experience. With tattoos like the chest they can be painful and the artist will also have to lean on/over you when the tattoo is being done to ensure it’s done correctly with that in mind I felt 110% comfortable and was constantly checked in on and as a younger person who was new to these things I felt cared for and looked after I could not recommend this artist enough not just for their professionalism but their quality of work and most importantly their care towards the customer! The artist I usually go to also works alongside another (Klaudia) that I have recently been tattooed by (the cherries) she’s just as great as my usual artist and will be coming back for more piece from her too! Once again great customer care and awesome work! As someone who now has lots of tattoos from many artists which were all lovely these two both stand out the most and I cannot stress enough that they are both amazing and will always guarantee a comfortable and great experience! I always get compliments from friends and strangers on their work!
One of my favourite Nottingham Tattoo Studios! Artists are friendly, love the vibe and creativity! The decor and large painted walls are just amazing! Love the whole set up! A must go if you are a lover of tattoos!
Incredible place with a great vibe to it, got tattooed by Jonno today and he was super accommodating and friendly. The other artists popped over and gave compliments too, so huge props to everyone here!
Been here for 2 tattoos. Lots of great guest artists but also residents produce a great variety of styles. Recommend visiting their Instagram page where they post regularly to connect with an artist before committing.
My first time at Neon Wolf was a great experience. Really cool looking tattoo studio with very friendly and approachable staff. I was tattooed by Jono (Hedboyink) who was amazing. Such a nice guy who kept me well informed and made sure I was happy and comfortable at all times. Could not recommend this studio more. I will be returning for more ink asap.
Awesome cafe, love the retro design and feel of it and all the little touches! Coffee has a good variety of alternative milks and the vegan cakes are amazing!
Great decor. Friendly staff. Nice food. Full menu pending. But even with all available now its great. Can play games etc too. Comfy seating. Central if getting to town. Parking near by. Walls and ceiling all decorated..nice vibe inside. Would recommend. Havent tried out the tattoo studio so unable to comment
