We took a small family group to this pool for a quick pre Christmas swim and it was great. Warm water, warm pool area and good poolside changing facilities. Pool depth up to 1.5 metres ideal for young ones to swim and play.
Myself and my family had an amazing time at the pool today. Oldest being 53 yrs to youngest being 5 yrs. The pool was clean and ready to go. It was lovely and warm, no sore eyes from Anyone due to chemicals. I use to visit this pool as a child and the fun brought back some lovely memories. I shall definitely bring hiring again. Thank You for a lovely time. This was my birthday celebration with my grandchildren and niece. 5*
Good idea if you have an Autistic child that can't handle being around many people. Its a private hire pool. Lovely and warm. It has floats, noodles and a box of toys that you can freely use. Toilet as you walk in. A changing area at the poolside. My son is 5 but mentally younger. He loved every second of it and today was his first time in a pool. Good location and parking directly outside the gate. Downside, the price is FROM £32 which is for 2 people for 1hour and is £6pp after that. Also It doesn't specify that the 1 hour time slot you book also includes the time you arrive, undressing/dressing time for yourself and children and you get 5mins to just quickly mop up any water. In my case I needed more time to be able to get my son out, process that change safely etc. If I had known before booking we had an hour to do all of this then I would have booked 2hrs instead. It was very stressful. We ended up in the car still in swimwear, wet. Saying this, I shall be going back at some point but booking a longer session.
This pool is everything you could ever want and more. Pool has easy parking and clear access to follow. Pool and area is super clean and warm throughout. Plenty of places to change and get ready, pool is nice and warm and loads of floats and the like for the whole family to enjoy. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back again. Thanks so much
We really liked the pool design! The only downside was the fact you had to leave before your time ended.. giving you less than an hour by the time you’d gotten ready to go in and changed to go, especially with children. So rather than being an hour, it was more like 40 minutes. It’s a shame they don’t allow an extra fifteen minutes or something for you to get changed after your time slot for the cost… Or even offer an hour and a half slots. I couldn’t justify the price for two hours. We definitely preferred this pool to other pools we have hired, but the others do allow time for changing. But we would return - as it’s really clean, nice temperature, not too deep and easy to access. We had a great time! The kids didn’t want to get out!

We took our 4 month old swimming for the first time at Kariba Pool. It was very clean, felt very safe and he absolutely loved it. A very positive first experience for him.

My children absolutely love swimming here. The pool is such a comfortable temperature my children never want to get out. The facilities are brilliant too, always clean and it is so lovely to have a quieter environment the children can swim in. All in all the best swimming facilities we've been to in Devon.
