Very serene beach. Overlooking the bay, a bit rocky. Some picnic benches helps to add magic to this beach. The grassy fields overlooking it are also ideal for families. No food sold here.
Nice place to relax when you visit Mount Edgcumbe park.
Gorgeous views of Plymouth Sound and not a bad swim if you don't mind the stones, sea weed, the odd tin floating past and a jelly fish or two. Better at high tide but the beach is a bit steep so probably best avoided with little kids.
Brilliant place to visit on the edge of mount edgecome, rolling hills down to the waters edge through woods suitable to take your dog.
A gorgeous pebbled beach on a scenic footpath of Mount Edgcombe. The beach is well kept, wonderful for skimming rocks over the sea and the sea views of Plymouth and Drake's Island are absolutely marvellous. Just behind the beach are picnic tables for free use as well as a flat grassy area, serving a fantastic area of rest on a family day out. Would recommend a visit to anyone, well worth it!
