Used Martyn's florist to send some flowers to a friend and wow they fitted the brief and were truly stunning! She adored them, I adored them and they arrived just as they said they would within the time frame. Thank you to you all!
The worse flowers ever. Absolutely no effort. The website shows beautiful pictures but they are making the worse design ever. Look at the cheap plastic around the flower and they charged me £45 each. Had to take it to another florist to fix it. Avoid this shop.
I think the photos say it all... I've been coming to Martyn's florist for years now and it always feels like a second home. Martyn and the team are absolutely fabulous - I love being able to be adventurous and show my personality with my floral choices, whether I'm in an eccentric mood or simple choices, they cater to everything! I can't visit Windsor and not come into Martyn Crossley's, even just to buy one bouquet (usually it ends up being 3). The cost is great for the exceptional quality of flowers, and quality of service you receive. Thanks so much for everything Martyn & Team! X

We went into Windsor on Saturday to pay tribute to the Queen. My mum had bought a small bunch of flowers which she wasn't very happy with, we stumbled across this florist as I took a wrong turn. We popped in and bought three single roses. The lovely lady on the counter offered to take the bunch my mum had brought with her and put her chosen rose into the bunch. She retied the bunch and made them look lovely and even let mum write a message on them. Wonderful service and really went the extra when it wasn't necessary, it really made my mum happy and made her feel her tribute was better. Thank you so much for your kindness.
Utter rip-off. I usually buy beautiful arrangements of cut flowers at Longacres … with £25-35 securing a very nice arrangement. I stopped by Martyn Crossley to pick up flowers for a birthday and thought I was buying a decent arrangement at £45. Only when I saw them going into a vase did I realise what a miserly arrangement I’d bought. Not sure if this is a local store capitalising on flower demand for the funeral, but I won’t be frequenting again.

Phoned up late Saturday afternoon for a bunch of flowers to be made within 30 minutes and they did exactly that. The flowers were amazing. They were gifted to my Grandmother and her words were 'I have never in my life had flowers like these, they are amazing' .. excellent service and value for money.
We bought flowers for my dads funeral from here. The service was great: the staff were very kind and accommodating. The flowers were beautiful, just what we wanted. The prices reflect the quality of the work and effort put in by staff to make the tributes. Thank you.
