My 96 yr old mother who lives in central Windsor wanted to send flowers to a friend. She needed to be able to order locally by phone. I found Buds and Blooms through a web search. I should add that my mother is hard of hearing. She placed the order without any problems and the flowers that arrived were wonderful. Her niece ran a florists for many years and so I knew she would check, she did and she was very pleased.
