   Diane has been grooming my we dog Atleast 6 years I wouldn’t take him anywhere else. He loves Diane he is a very nervous we dog. I he feels safe in Diane’s hands. Diane has such a lovely connection with the we fur baby’s. He always leaves beautifully groomed. I would highly recommend Diane in Barkingham Palace. Friendly safe please for my we man. Thankyou Diane for all the years of looking after we Alfie .

   If i could give more stars i would! My 2 furbabies have went to diane from they were pups (now both 11yrs) diane is loving caring and an excellent groomer. One is a mini schnauzer and their cuts can be tricky. Diane has her perfect every time. The other is a shihtzu and again never anything but perfect! Highly recommend diane and her staff.

   We would not take Sheba anywhere else to be groomed . Diane and staff are lovely and so good with Sheba our German Shepherd. She comes out looking fab and smelling beautiful!

   I’ve tried several groomers and never seemed to find the right one for my Bailie I’m so fussy the ones I had tried all seems to be always rushing missing bits or very unreliable cancelling last minute so I eventually gave up and started to groom her myself. Diane was recommended to my sister for her dog, and I had to take her for the groom after witnessing how caring and loving Diane made other dogs and how open and bright her salon was I thought I would give her a go with my Bailie she is a hyper bouncy springer and honestly she can be a hand full. I haven’t looked back since Bailie loves going and seeing Diane there is plenty of love and I don’t feel rushed or disappointed with her groom she always comes out smelling amazing Diane is very reliable and accommodating I have been able to get last minute cancellations with her as well and with a mud magnet I can’t thank her enough. I also think they are very reasonably priced compared to other places I recommend Barkingham Palace to all my doggie parents x

   I struggled to find a groomer that could work with my very anxious cocker. Diane was recommended by a friend during lockdown as my dog Poppy took a fit with her previous groomer due to stress and she has been an absolute dream the minute I took Poppy I knew she was going to be fine there was no cowering away and panting Diane made her feel relaxed and settled which I was delighted to see now she loves going and getting her groom there is no anxiety whatsoever she goes straight in greets Diane with her tail wagging and kisses she evens sits for lovely pictures which Diane shares with us I couldn’t recommend Diane highly enough.
