   I sent a bunch of flowers to my friend for her birthday, the flowers were gorgeous and the delivery service was 5 star, with the driver calling with me to ensure the flowers were left in the right place so recipient received her flowers as she wasn’t in at the time of delivery. I received a picture of the flowers before they were delivered as well as a picture of where they were left. Amazing service. Will be using Katie Picco again!

   Very disappointed. Arrangement was not worth the money paid. Yes I understood it would be slightly different to the picture but this was night and day, flowers looked half dead. Ordered plenty of flowers previously form local florist and always had big, fresh and beautiful flowers delivered. This was for a birthday gift and not only were the flowers not up to standard they also didn’t have the birthday ballon, yet no one called to explain this until I called to chase the delivery. Called to complain and was promised a call back from the management, Still waiting…… All in all a very poor service and wont be ordering again

   I stopped in today and really couldn't have had a more positive experience. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I didn't know what I wanted exactly but did want something with bright colors. They asked me to give them 10 minutes and they'd put an arrangement together. I was pleasantly surprised with the beautiful bouquet of flowers that were brought out to me. Bright, fresh and accompanied by a beautiful vase. I couldn't have been happier. I'll definitely be back.

   Absolutely love this local florist, my partner orders them for me via interflora. We are never disappointed and it’s the only place he will order two bouquets from.    Katie and her team recently provided the most exquisite flowers for my daughter’s wedding. The arrangements were a work of art! We had table arrangements, pedestals and of course the bridal and bridesmaids bouquets. All beautiful and delivered to the house and venue as appropriate. Highly recommend them.
