   Absolutely brilliant service. Our pvc front door lock broke, and I phoned first thing in the morning. Gave me a time he'd be out, and a price range depending on what the issue was. Turned up on time, and charged exactly what I was quoted. This is the second time we've phoned and first time (last year) we were just talked through how to open the broken internal door lock with no callout or charge. We'll be using for all our locking issues from now on! Thanks again for rescuing us!

   Had a problem with my back door which wouldn’t lock. I called Lock Property Services and Tony arrived within 30 minutes - despite it being his day off. Tony was great he quickly identified the problem and sorted it out with the added bonus of fixing the handle which had been broken for a long time. I highly recommend Tony, he is friendly, professional and charges a very fair price.
