What wonderful staff! i walked in when my newborn was crying, a lovely lady (sorry I didn’t catch her name) asked if I wanted to sit and feed my baby. She kept checking on me and said if I ever need some where to feed my baby that we’re always welcome in the shop! Thankyou for making feel more at ease nursing my baby in public. Credit to the store!
We went into the Truro store today for a browse, and there was a fantastic member of your team (Chris) who helped show us around, talked us through your latest offers and the sale rack. I cannot praise her enough for how lovely and friendly she was to us. A truly lovely experience. We normally shop in Somerset as a treat when at nanny’s, but we will now only shop at this Truro store. Thank you Chris for a wonderful shopping experience and your excellent customer service. I had a problem with an item and emailed the company this morning. 4 hours later my refund is in the bank. Amazing customer services. I would thoroughly recommend both products and service.
Beautiful shop. So much choice. Very helpful gentleman behind counter and he gift wrapped the gift we had purchased for a friends baby. Will definitely be visiting again for any baby presents.

On every occasion I have visited I have been greeted with a smile and a friendly hello and they are on hand to help without hovering annoyingly at your shoulder. It's always a pleasure to visit this shop! I have been shopping there since before my daughter was born and she's soon to be three years old. All the staff are great, particularly Heather, who always remembers my little girl's name and asks after her if she isn't with me. The clothes are of good quality and it's great to find a bargain if there's a sale on. Keep up the good work, Truro store!
Very small store so very difficult to manoeuvre a pushchair, they need to fix their entrance to accommodate pushchair and wheelchair access better. Awful if there is more than one pushchair at once! Staff are ALWAYS lovely and very helpful!
