   We visited Next at Fraddon today. I was looking in the Ladies Department for a Jumper id seen online which i was struggling to find in store . I spoke to 'Wendy' who was excetionally helpful and took the time to show me where the jumper was, she even asked what size i wanted ! Amazing service which is quite rare these days . I am really not a good shopper but this experince was seamless . Thankyou .

   Everyone is so quick to complain these days literally over nothing but I would like to praise Chloe from Next in the Fraddon branch for her amazing customer service, who definitely went above and beyond to sort out an issue I had over an item of clothing. Not only was she incredibly mannerly and incredibly helpful where nothing was too much trouble for her to resolve my problem which made me a delighted customer, to which I would truly recommend this store for their customer service and Chloe is a credit to that store and company, thank you Chloe.

   Not a review of the actual store, but the company as a whole. So much for next day delivery, needed a shirt for work so ordered from Next online @ 19.03 on Saturday, the website says despatched @ 19.16 Saturday, still not delivered next day even though my account said it would be at the store by 14.00 on Sunday. Please don't pay over £20 to Next for there guaranteed service, including next day delivery as you are wasting your money!! Turns out, it was delivered to the wrong store, what excellent service!!

   Well after ordering and paying in store complete miscommunication and apps not working - staff not helpful - I decided to return today 11 may and made a purchase - that was all u could do as their systems not working for returns / ordering online etc ,- once again I witnessed staff completely unsympathetic to customers who had travelled to collect returns goods - with a shrug saying nothing they can do. Handwritten tatty sign said it all - so that's it for me - I'm not spending anymore of my hard earned cash. They won't care anyway!,.

   Lovely store and not too bad on adult prices though kids are little on high side. Only down side is as its a smaller store they are extremely limited on larger sizes.

   Excellent customer service. A big thanks to all in the Menswear Dept who helped my son and I find suits for an imminent wedding. Even when '' what could go wrong did go wrong'' the staff were persistent in tracking down the items. Rapid delivery of items delivered through Internet orders too. Very happy.
