I always enjoy visiting this shop. The staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. There is one member of staff who is always very helpful... Leah has always been a huge help. By the way I shop with my daughters not for myself!
A young lively lady extremely helpful and kind, made my experience pleasant and would recommend going. She was a pleasure helping me with my shoe issue.
I love this shop. You can find lots of bargains the staff go out of their way to help especially when they have a customer like me who has to try so many things on. I am quite petite and cannot always go by the sizing on labels but the staff are very patient. Would definitely recommend this shop.

This used to one of my favourite stores to shop in, staff were so friendly, always happy to help! Then staff started leaving/changing and it started to go downhill! But I carried on shopping and started to see an improvement in staff again! I spend on adverage £200 a month on clothes & accessories! After spending over £100 yesterday and speaking to a lovely young lady about my weight loss and the fact that I needed to buy more new look clothes! I said to her that I bought a pair of jeggings which were too big with labels, she advised me to ring up and confirm what they would do/ or offer on them being returned! So I rang the st Austell branch this morning and spoke to a lovely lady! She advised me after giving her the bar code and colour number that she would just exchange them for me! So I drove 6 miles into town to swap them over, to be told that the supervisor I spoke to on the phone was wrong! I asked to speak to her and the lady I spoke to said she was the manager !!! And she can't exchange them!!! So I'm rather angry! & Upset! I shall take my custom elsewhere from now on! Bad customer service!!!
