Very friendly member of staff. Made you feel very welcome. Transferred my rewards card stamps over to the new system for rewards. Unfortunately I lost an ear ring when trying on dresses in the changing room. Luckily for me it was found when I phoned the next day and it is going to be posted back to me. Nothing beats excellent staff. Thank you

Nice store with quality clothing. Definitely worth a visit but could be five stars with a few changes: - Staff currently bother you a lot especially if you are one of very few in store. Allow people to browse uninterrupted and seek assistance only when needed. - Checking out takes a long time as there is hard sell on loyalty cards and very precise clothes folding procedure causing queues at peak times and making it difficult to pop in and out quickly.
Visited the shop to collect an order with my friend (and fellow Seasalt fan) last Wednesday. The service was excellent as always. We both tried in a number of dresses and both bought dresses that were absolute sale bargains. I think we were in the shop for 50 minutes looking at all the lovely clothes. We only left because our car park ticket was about to run out! The ladies were so solicitous, knowledgeable and good fun. We always enjoy popping to the shop when we are in Looe as it is always such a positive retail experience. I must say that the staff always look amazing in their Seasalt clothes, and seem to really enjoy giving great customer service. They are an asset to the Seasalt brand.
Great little store - but the staff are what make this store fantastic. All the staff I met were super friendly, and the level of customer service I received from Dawn was outstanding. I’d tried on a pair of regular fit trousers, but wanted to know if they came in a petite size. They weren’t available in store, but Dawn was able to order them for me in my size/fit and arranged delivery to my home. Dawn is a great ambassador for the Seasalt brand, and obviously enjoys interacting with customers. Thank you for a lovely shopping experience. My trousers turned up just a few days later - and I absolutely love them! The quality is fantastic and they fit so well. I will definitely order more clothes from them, as unfortunately I don’t live locally. But if ever I’m visiting Looe again I will definitely return.
