   Disgraceful service, took over a week to get an appointment which they never even bothered to attend. Even spoke to their office and was told the engineer was a half hour out. Took a day off work for this, save yourself the money and heartache, and find a more reputable company.

   From the moment I phoned ATS service, I was treated with a friendly & kind manner by the lovely receptionist, who I now know in name terms. The guy who came out to fix my boiler was fast, efficient and was able to explain clearly, what was wrong & what he needed to do. I was very relieved that he was going out of his way to get the part I needed. They have been more than courteous & so friendly, definitely use again!

   Called the reception today to book an appointment, initially fixed for 06/11, and I preferred for 08/11. When enquired about boiler servicing and diagnostics of radiators and taps, was fine, but received a call again from them saying they are busy and will cancel the appointments of 08/11. When asked for next available appointment, I was only told, they have no dates anytime soon. How can there be such a flip flop, the moment you know I'm desperate

   ATS were quick to answer and promptly make an appointment. My Boiler had stopped working after running out of oil but also required a service. ATS Called out to service the boiler and quoted a new boiler required. I got a second opinion from a different company who serviced the boiler for £7 less and had the boiler running in no time. I wouldn't recommend ATS at all. PS- one of the 5 star reviews is by the managing director of ATS ...Emmet O'Neill!

   Absolutely excellent service from Ats, would highly recommend the company to anyone. I've used ATS for servicing in my previous dwelling without a hitch, prompt and professional. On moving to a new home I required a gas conversion, as the heating system was an oil system, ATS completed the conversion in a day with a full clean up. One year on and no problems, first annual boiler service has just been completed.

   ATS fitted our new gas boiler today. We were very impressed with their speedy service and surprised there was no mess to be seen post installation! We would definitely recommend ATS to friends as they are professional, reliable and stand by their word! Their honesty must also be commended as we accidentally overpaid and they promptly brought this to our attention and immediately transferred the money back into our account! Well done on providing an excellent service!!!
