   I was on my vacation trip to Belfast with my rental car and got a flat tire just near Jack Kirk Garage. I just informed the Technician (don't recollect the name) about it and I was amazed by the help he provided to me. He checked my car for a spare tire. Since my car did not have it, he helped me with removing the tire and directed me to take the tire to nearest Kwik Fit. I got the tire replaced and got the wheel back. He replaced it and did not charge me anything. Someone travelling with family from USA to another country, this is simply unbelievable. I would like to thank Jack Kirk for helping me and family in the difficult situation. Long live Belfast and kind citizens. Love You All...

   On my way to Newtownabbey, I got an alert on my dash for my tyres. Took the car in here to get a quick check on them to make sure nothing was badly wrong (didn't want a blow out on the motorway!) and the guy was so nice and honest.
