Well what to say, from call to replace the slashed tyre on curb at Christmas Eve was passed about 1h exceptional and Quick service. Priceless since both AA which I’m member or Lexus breakdown assistance could not sort it out Thank you again for professional and quick response!!!
Great service, called out late on Friday evening to the middle of nowhere in the Glens. Two friendly blokes arrived within 2 hours with a tyre matching my other 3. Can’t complain at all great service.
Do NOT trust this guy. I had a very bad experience. During my first visit, I went in just to have my tyres inspected. He told me that both front tyres needed replacement, and I went ahead and paid for it. After about six months, I noticed an air leak in one of the front tyres. When I went back, he claimed the tyre needed to be replaced again. I trusted him once more and paid for a new tyre. Then, just two months later, the same tyre got punctured. He told me it couldn’t be repaired and tried to scare me by saying it could blow out while driving, so I needed to buy another new one. That’s when I started to suspect something was wrong. I went to another tyre shop on Boucher Road for a second opinion, and they fixed the puncture easily — no issues at all. This clearly shows that this guy is dishonest and tries to make customers buy new tyres unnecessarily instead of fixing the real problem. Avoid this place at all costs!
Harry came out to us on a Sunday morning to replace a flat tyre to enable us to spend the last day of our holiday with our daughter. We couldn’t wait for the fleet services to recover the car on Monday as have to be back at the airport early tomorrow. Great service, arrived when he said, reasonably priced and a very pleasant chap! Very, very grateful for the service they provide and got us out of a real problem. Keep their number handy if in NI.
Stay clear of these clowns took my tyres off and left me sitting over 30 minutes while dealing with customers that arrived after me. If they had of said this was their standard I would of went to another place absolute joke of a place over one hour to change tyre
The staff are very helpful and friendly if they don't have a tyre to suit you in their Dunmurry depot they will have in their headquarters main warehouse at white mountain highly recommended and very courteous and reliable
needed tyres for my car trailer, as I noticed they were a bit dodgy re wear and was going to England Monday early. So on a Sunday used their 24 hour Service. fast efficient Service
