    Awful experience. Returned to the store at 9:35 to purchased reduced flowers as the person on till told me to do - flowers had all been thrown away. The flowers are picked by women in Kenya probably in awful conditions, then shipped here adding to global warming, and then they are thrown in the bin. Why? Why do you not give them to customers? or lower the price next day? or keep them on display until close?? Disgraceful policy
