   We have shopped at this shop for 7 years the majority of staff are friendly and helpful but there is one woman who extremely rude and hostile every visit to me my husband and son I'm sure the management knows who she is (very made up las with a scawl)

   The worst Tesco express I have ever been to. Just a quick pop in for a few items takes a good 20minutes. No one at the till or to help with self check out and when someone comes to the till he’s on his phone. Luckily this is not my local Tesco express and my local one is so much better.

   Security guards have racially profiled me and numerous other minorities I know; they stand right close to you in the aisles, pretending to reorganise products or simply staring at you.They create an extremely unpleasant environment, yet I do visit them on occasion because they are right next door to my house. Prejudice and equality training is something I strongly encourage.
