   Would not recommend. Dropped my car in for a service when I was on holiday, got a call while I was away to say I needed a fuel pump. When I went to collect the car I got 5 minutes from the mechanics and the car broke down. Rang Andrew at JM Motors and he said he didn't have time to look at it that day. This was the first red flag considering the car was running perfectly before dropping it in for a standard service and Andrew did not think it was of any urgency to get the car working again. I dropped the car back the following day. A week later he called to say he couldn't get the car working and given the year/mileage of the car it wouldn't be worth fixing and he offered to buy the car off me. I declined and requested a refund. I went to collect the car and the new diesel pump had been removed and was sitting in the front seat. Therefore I had paid for a service, new diesel pump and fitting but Andrew had undone the work I paid for and refused any refund. If I wanted the new diesel pump fitted again this would be at my expense. I have now received a second opinion and the fuel pipe (non return pipe) had been fitted back to front, there was no fault with the diesel pump. The original diesel pump has been fitted and car is in perfect working order. A new diesel pump was not required. It was also noted that the 'new' diesel pump that had purchased and later removed and left in my car was in fact a second hand part and not in new condition. AVOID!!

   Can not recommend JM motors enough! They have always squeezed me in to their busy schedule and had the work done that same day in a professional manner. Good honest people who don’t rip you off, they go above and beyond to genuinely help you out and I will be going here from now on. HIGHLY recommend. Thanks again guys for everything!!

   New to Newtownards and after searching around a few mechanics have found our go to car mechanic with JM Motors. Found them to be genuine, honest and hard working. JM Motors could have charged me to replace expensive parts in my car but they did not, instead they gave me honest advice and repaired my car within a very reasonable budget. Will continue to use JM Motors services. Thank you for all your hard work and honest advice to keep me on the road.
