Very upset with this place I don’t understand how they can be called a jewellers but not take links out of things and not tell you this when you purchase them for gifts, and now if I take it somewhere else the warranty will be not valid? But silly
I think it's a great place from my past few experiences. Their jewellery is high quality as a bought a mens diamond ring from here well over a year ago. And even with wear and tare, it's remaining in great condition, the price for it was actually really great as well. I also had a birthday present bought for me out of here. It was a silver mens necklace, and I also have nothing bad to say about it. Highly recommend this place.
I picked up a pair of sterling silver earrings for a good price just for every day wear but that's were it ends wouldn't buy anything else

Bought a necklace which broke as soon as I tried to fasten it. They won't give a refund. Steer clear. Absolute rubbish.
