   I want to start by thanking Jo for listening to all our wishes with such love, care and patience. To the rest of the staff for the warm welcome every time. My partner and I went into a few shops and M&C knocked all of them out of the park. We got to completely custom order my engagement ring and I couldn’t be happier. The people that work here are making this whole experience so personal and that is exactly what you hope when you buy something so personal and valuable.    I bought my engagement ring Murray and Co. staff very helpful, ring was beautiful. The card machine was down when I arrived but thankfully we were able to do a bank transfer. Partner was delighted or fiancee now. I am from Dublin and I found the ring I wanted through research and found the high quality diamond, ring and shape couldn't be matched closer to home. I did try to negotiate on price to recoup some travel costs they couldn't do anything on my particular ring but were able to change the ring to be bespoke but I had my heart set on what I originally picked. The diamond is Certified from GIA and as a inconvenience they gave me two free ring cleans. Delighted with everything exactly how I imagined.

   Absolutely thrilled with the stunning new ring my husband treated me to today! This is the second 'right hand ring' my husband has gifted me this year from Murray & Co. I had a ring in mind when we visited today, however, after trying various different styles and stones, Margaret found the most amazingly beautiful ring for me!!! The colour, quality and clarity of the gemstone is outstanding! The craftsmanship, feel and weight of the ring is excellent. Margaret's expertise, patience and attention to detail was phenomenal! I was blown away by the fact that within two hours, Margaret rang to advise me my beautiful new ring was sized to fit perfectly and ready for collection! Such a great experience from start to finish, and I am so happy with the whole process. Truly can't wait to wear it! Thank you so much!

   Pefection in Every Way! Outstanding service from the initial phone call to the shop; not having a clue where/how to start, through the journey of picking the correct Engagement Ring and then to the after care. This Ring was ordered over phone from Sunderland and the staff in the shop couldn't have been more helpful - not only were they providing pictures and videos of the ring, They we're on hand with advice, guidance and support (and also answered the 100 questions I put to them!) The actual Ring is breathtaking, the most beautiful piece I've ever seen. The illuminated ring box was such a special touch and really sets the ring off. I couldn't be happier that I chose this special place to select the engagement ring of our dreams. Thank you Murray & Co Michael and Karrie

   My Fiance and I went into Murray & Co. together to choose an engagement together after we got engaged. We were warmly greeted by both Margaret and Kieran. They brought us into a room behind the shop floor where they discussed with us what styles we may like, and budgets that we wanted to work within. I wasn't sure what I really wanted and Margaret was so helpful in showing me different diamonds to gem stones in different styles such as ovals, solitaire, three stone rings etc and helped us pick the best diamond that suited my hand and we fell in love with the ring that they specially made for me. Their service was exemplary and they were so generous with their time to us when we were deciding on the right ring for us. We feel that we have gotten the best ring and we are looking forward to returning in the near future to pick out our wedding bands with them.

   Murray & Co is a very special place for our family where my nanny, mum and now myself all got our special pieces of jewellery from. My now husband went to Murray & Co to look for an engagement ring knowing how special the shop was to my family. He couldn’t wish for anymore in the help and service he received and he left with the most beautiful ring! We then went back to purchase our wedding rings and again the customer service, friendliness and choice available was just incredible. Knowing I’ve continued the tradition through our family of Murray & Co jewellery is really sentimental and brings even more meaning to already special pieces. I would 100% recommend Murray & Co to anyone as it just doesn’t compare to anywhere else and my family generations continually returning just proves this further! Thank you all again so much.

   What can I say? Christina in Murray and Co was outstanding when me and my partner where picking our rings. One ring is daunting enough never mind having two indecisive females to pick two. She was patient, supportive and helped me with the vision of my perfect ring. She made this a reality, she went out of her way to get the diamond I wanted, a new mount and always kept me up to date with any updates. This couldn’t have been more special for both of us and I genuinely feel it wouldn’t have been the same without Murray and Co.

   Brilliant experience every time I visited, firstly to try on rings with my fiancée and then when I returned to purchase the ring. Jo instantly made us feel welcome and took a real interest in us and what we liked to help us find the best ring. All the staff couldn't have been more friendly and made the whole process very enjoyable!
