Absolutely disgusting how the staff spoke to me when I brought a new ring (wore twice, sized wrongly and badly tarnished) in for return/exchange. The ring doesn't fit which was the obvious reason for an exchange. The staff member then belittled me by saying all rings swing on your finger whilst showing her ring doing that, which yes is fine however the ring shouldn't almost fall off and leave my finger marked after 2 short wears and contiuned to question would I return/exchange clothing after wearing (if the label was on and the item in fact did not suit, yes) Never been made to feel as small as the staff in this shop.
