Went to the shop shutter was down waited 10 minutes no sign of them asked the shop next door they said they were out the back smoking and would go get them got my son ear pierced brought cleaning products done everything I was told to clean ended up in casualty 3 weeks later with very bad infection in inside his ear
One of my daughters favourite shops. This one is far too small and there is so much crammed in, it has a claustrophobic feel. Most products are overpriced and the offers normally require multiple purchases before you can get the “free” one. The staff were friendly and smiley which is nice. They also offer ear and nose piercing.
My daughter had her ears pierced in Claire's a few weeks back and they were hurting her, the gem had actually sunk into her ear lobe. We went in today and saw Eve, she put my daughter at ease immediately and was gentle with her, very positive, sorted her out with a different set of earrings with a flatter surface as she felt these would heal easier. Gave us tips on cleaning and was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Eve in Lisburn she couldn't have been better. Thank you.
It was written on the front of the store, buy three things and get three things for free of everything, but the employee refused to give me the offer. I felt insulted. She took advantage of the fact that I do not speak English well. That was on 20/04/2023
Got my ears pierced and the guy was so lovely and made sure I was happy before going through with it. Great service!
Price labels that small need a magnifying glass to read them. Outrageous prices . Novelty pen £8.00.
Great place for Christmas trinkets. Member of staff was very helpful
It was closed and at the front the opening hour's were 9-7 o clock I had went a 5 o clock that day
It's a nice enough shop bit hard to walk around as it's a small shop I always manage to knock into something I do find it's a bit pricey for what they sell some staff or a hit and miss with attitude
