   I had came in today as I was dealing with a swollen ear from a shop elsewhere. I was glad to know I was in safe hands here. We were able to safely remove my badly done piercing and replace it with the right bar for healing. Highly recommended, great service and knowledge

   I took my daughter here just over a month ago to get her first ear piercing. We managed to get appointment quickly after phoning which was great. The place was spacious and clean. I believe the piercing was done by Matt who took his time explaining everything and made sure we were happy with the earrings' placement before proceeding with a needle. My daughter felt almost no pain, there was no blood and the holes are healing beautifully. Thank you very much!

   Matt has always been incredibly friendly and pleasant whenever I visited. I’ve had a rook and a forward helix pierced so far and he has been super knowledgeable, caring and professional about the process itself and aftercare. The shop is incredibly clean and hygienic. Can always pop in for advice, had just gotten my rook changed after it healed. 10/10 would recommend, will definitely be back for more ear pieces! :)
