   Not had a piercing done in around 8yrs but Jay had already done my triple forward helix piercings, tragus piercing, 2 helix piercings and fixed the 3rd helix piercing that I originally stupidly got done with a gun so needless to say even after all that time she was the only person I wanted to do my rook piercing. I was a little nervous but Jay very quickly made me feel at ease, she checked my ear was suitable for the piercing, got me to check I was happy with where the guide dot was, done the piercing with no trouble, and then even gave me a minute for the pain to go down before putting the balls on. Can’t complain at all, friendly and professional service, good hygiene standards, and carefully went through aftercare with me to the point she had a photo and showed how to clean it using that. Over the moon with my new rook piercing, and if get any more will continue to only go to Jay!

   We got our daughter’s helix piercing by Jay. The whole experience was great, Jay took the time to explain us everything and she did a brilliant job in marking the ears and then piercings. After piercing she explained all the after care to my daughter. She made my daughter feel very comfortable. Even went out of her way and told my daughter to contact her in case of any issues when we travel abroad. Absolutely recommend her for professional piercing. Thank you Jay ❤️

   Great place, very cool staff. Piercing lady has incredible attention to detail. She patiently and carefully explains everything, and all of the after care. She even managed to not make me cry when piercing being done which is a first. Well organised tidy and very busy tattoo and piercing studio.
