   Jan and the staff are really great. The food is nice and great value. I have been going over here as it had a real community feel. Even if you are on your own, you are made to feel welcome. Even all the regulars make you feel welcome and are happy to include you in a chat and let you pet their dogs, of which there can be a few some times. I always have the 'bad boy ' breakfast and it is just right. Two of everything. The tea and coffee It is a really cosy space that has such a friendly warm atmosphere.

   Can't speak for the cafe but they always stock lovely cards. Brilliant selection and at great prices, always get complimented on the wonderful cards I get for people. They also offer flowers, as well as other gift options. I'd highly recommend, not only is quality and designs far better but costs are far better than supermarkets.

   Thought we’ll give it a try this morning, we ordered our hot drink and something to eat, our soup and toasties came. They were nice, the two ladies chatted away amongst themselves, it was not busy, only two other customers, I finished my lunch, still no drinks, so I called out to one if the staff, and she just said ,oh sorry I forgot , it was quite cold in there, one of the other customers mentioned it to one of the ladies, she just said “oh don’t think this is working properly “ and she just turned the heating off , I had to put my coat on , so not impressed with my first visit
