   I came here for a tattoo with Sophia and she was absolutely fantastic! Very helpful, knowledgeable and she took the time to listen to me and what design I wanted. I ended up with two tattoos that I love and couldn’t be happier with! The rest of the team are brilliant as well. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I had a naval piercing done on the same day which I’m also happy with! Will definitely be returning!!

   I’ve been coming to Underground for about 10 years and have had 15 of my 19 piercings done with them and I’m impressed each and every time. I had my conch and septum done with Salwa today - I asked for a suggestion on what ear piercing to get and she was super helpful and made the perfect choice. Despite getting two painful piercings her technique was probably the best I’ve had - I felt the conch pain for about a second and the septum pain for a split second. Aftercare instructions were clear as always. A super easy, quick, and efficient process overall!

   For the prices, you would expect some tomfoolery to be afoot, but having had four piercings here, I can attest, they are responsive and friendly. The days following my nose piercing, I noticed more swelling than expected, to the point of risking absorption of the jewelry I was initially pierced with. I messaged them, and despite it being a bank holiday, they saw me right away to replace the jewelry with a piece that allowed more space for healing, all while keeping the original jewelry. Even better? They did this at no additional cost. I will definitely be coming back for any piercing needs I have

   Both my wife and I have used this place for piercings. Customer service is great, they're punctual, extremely hygienic and very accommodating. I had a common issue with one of mine piercings after a few days. The lovely lady remembered who I was, changed the piercing for me with no issues and I have not had any problems since. Highly recommend them. Will be looking to get some ink done soon following a recommendation.

   Thank you so much to the piercers and receptionists at Underground Tattoos in Enfield. I always go here for my piercings - including my septum and ear piercings and have always had positive experiences. The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I love all my piercings, from the placement to the jewellery available - they have always healed well. I highly recommend and can’t wait to get more piercings :)

   My daughter received a septum piercing at another tattoo and piercing place. We were given poor advice and so needed to visit another piercer for support. The opening of the piercing was too tight and unable to be flipped and we had been told the titanium ring could not be stretched so the only options were to leave it or remove the piercing. I rang Underground and the lady on the phone(sorry I didn't get your name but you were amazing!) was so friendly, informative and supportive. She reassured me that the piercing could be stretched and she would even help guide my daughter to flip it. We popped along and within no time at all the piercing had been stretched and my daughter was supported to flip it. My daughter is over the moon and I'm so relieved. Fantastic service and we will definitely be back for future piercings. Don't go anywhere else, come here! Thanks again.
