What a master of the arts! Arthur did my forearm tattoo this week and it is truly sensational. He is very meticulous and takes so much pride in his work. Very reassuring throughout the whole process.Not to mention he is such a humble man! Already in talks to get my next one done. Would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!
