I visited here for lunch, however my sandwich had raw chicken in. I only noticed after already have a few bites, I took it to the till to make staff aware and they said it wasn’t raw chicken, scrapped it off my plate and gave the sandwich back. A few hours later, I started to feel unwell and have now had food poisoning for the last 24hrs and it’s still ongoing. Please avoid; not worth the food poisoning and being unwell I have experienced.

Absolutely brilliant food, drinks and really quick service booked a table for 16 but actually 17 of us and cannot fault the service, cakes were all amazing even had a few to take away which were wrapped up professionally even either a handle on the tin foil, cake was still perfect when we got home. The portion size was brilliant for smaller portions and it was all served really quick thank you for making our afternoon a stress free time. Definitely will book again.

Bought a really nice large plant pot three weeks ago, 50% off so really pleased. I pondered for a few weeks but decided to buy another one to match. I went there today, and they still had the same pots in the same place on the same stand with a huge banner underneath stating 50% off still. When I got to the check out they said these pots didn’t have 50% off and even though I showed them proof of the last purchase they still refused the discount. I came from Plymouth especially and I can assure you, I won’t be buying in here again.

Lovely store with loads of choice and oodles of great products, pots and plants. Very reasonably priced. Really lovely helpful and considerate staff. Have been twice and will become a regular. Highly recommend. There’s a coffee shot on site and a butchers outside in the car park and loos. Enjoy!

Dangerous place to visit as I can't come away without buying something I didn't realise I need!! Spectacular array of plants and gardening accessories and really good value. The restaurant does lovely sandwiches as well as hot food. The cakes are totally scrumptious and there is always an enormous selection.

Nice garden centre friendly staff, well worth the visit. Laid out spaciously and plenty of room for wheel chairs which is a good thing. A good spacious garden centre with loads of plants, pots, and everything you need for your garden.A nice friendly restaurant with a good selection of food, there are 4 shops, a pet store for all animals, a really good general store with locally grown vegetables, lovely pasties. There is also a centre for all your garden needs like machine repair, garden ponds etc, also a lovely butchers with lots of local meat products, and a dog groomers which we use and comes highly recommend. So all in all it's a lovely day with friendly staff and lots to see, taste, and smell from the plants.

A lovely place all year round but truly one of the best places to visit to get into the Christmas spirit. Our son meeting Santa, he was over the moon. They have really done a great job this year. Kids will love it. Loads of free parking. Loads of smaller independent retailers. The staff are friendly and helpful (with some dressed up as elves)

Visited yesterday. The shop was freezing. I'm sure the air-conditioning was on. Didn't feel comfortable enough to browse. Decided to go to café to warm up. Unfortunately it was cold in there also. Ordered a light breakfast and pot of tea. Sad to say both food and tea were barely warm. Will not be returning.

Like most garden centres, they have a santander clause. Only this one is right st the back, I have fond memories of this place going all out, but it seemed they lack this year. Not only is booking done online it seemed a little smaller than I remember.

Attractive Christmas displays in the shop but food not so.good. Coffee was not great and cheesecake I had had no taste. Unfortunately staff are hard-pressed to cope. I was distressed to hear staff have to pay for mistakes made when they are under this stress.
