   Ordered but never received the item. Called them but the representative said he has no idea where order is in that they do not provide tracking number even though they charge £15 for delivery. Do not order with this company! Update - we received the item but it included a wrong item, that was not advertised on their website. We will have to now order from a different company.

   We are really happy with our Hydropool hot tub purchase from Linden. The time between choosing our hot tub and having it delivered was really short. The team who delivered it were excellent. There was some difficulty getting it into our garden through a narrow gate. They handled it perfectly and found a resolution and explained everything to us. After the hot tub was installed Linden was available to help when I could not balance the ph and chlorine in the water. Linden came over to help us the same morning that I called. We don’t hesitate to recommend purchasing your hot tub from Linden at Hydropool Hot Tubs. You won’t be disappointed.

   From first meeting Linden to installation dealing with Oasis Leisure was an absolute delight. Linden was helpful, non-pushy and provided excellent advice and comparison of different options and value for money. The warranty offered (3 years full parts and labour, 5 years on the shell surface and 10 years anti-leak) was unrivalled for a tub available to a Northern Ireland consumer - some GB suppliers would only stand over a parts warranty as their engineers wouldn't travel, but someone has to identify and return the faulty part? Some other NI suppliers were heading towards Chinese Imports but from internet research many of these, even if built to the retailers UK spec, are less reliable (cheaper pumps, etc.). You get what you pay for sometimes. Delivery was prompt and as agreed. Peter and Terry, the engineers, were extremely helpful, chatty and full of great advice. They offered anytime contact for advice should we have any issue and they were able to set the whole thing up, including the water chemistry, in around 2 hours - no fuss and no need to pull down fences, etc. Great guys. We chose a new colour combination, Hydropool Midnight Canyon, with the Starfall package and are really pleased. The tub (Serenity 5000 platinum) is excellent quality, the jets are varied and adjustable and the pumps provide a strong spa experience. Whilst Hydropool may be far from the cheapest option, you do get an excellent product, service and solid warranty. The system runs on a 20amp connection (not 32 amp as other do) and is extremely well insulated meaning lower overall running costs. From our experience we can only award Oasis Leisure a full 5 star rating to date and recommend chatting to Linden and the team before you purchase. A tub is a sizeable purchase and we feel confident we have made the right choice.
