    Spent a fortune on decking which needed two small bits to fix. I drove 45 minutes to get this calling and speaking to the yard manager telling him I would be ten minutes as they closed at 4.45pm and I was making sure I would make it or if it was pointless calling down. He told me they had the stock and it would be fine to call in ten minutes. I got there sooner than expected and as soon as I walked in with the sample bit of decking to ensure it matched he said you won’t get that here. I told him I rang and was told they had it etc he said yea you said ten minutes which I was there sooner he spoke to me like I was something off his shoe and just refused to serve me. As I left the premises another two customers told me they had the same issue. I wouldn’t buy a screw off them again cheaper else where without the lip from staff and they actually serve you else where.

    Not great. I placed an order for Β£53 worth if materials and the delivery charge was Β£24? Alm9st half the cost of the goods I purchased. Delivery was from Hannahstown to twinbrook won't be using them again

    Great guys and on the face of it, to this day, bathromm reinstall looks the business. But now onto the fifth (or more, possibly double figures) shower leakage onto kitchen ceiling that plumbers, joiners and so on etc have tried to find the source of and fix without ripping out a Β£5k bathroom and starting again. The last time found a gaping hole beind one of the taps anf that *at least* caused optimism that the source was found and sealed - but not to be as of yesterday. So fundamentally some work wasn't done correctly at the outset/source or corners were skipped. Either way - leaves a poor taste - especially in the current financial climate.

    Just got a delivery on Friday 10th June, I tried to give the driver a hand to bring in fencing but he could here I was struggling as I'm an asthmatic and told me to go sit down and rest, and he put the order in my garden such a nice fella thanks.

    I have nothing but praise for Homefit. Chris was so helpful and courteous throughout our bathroom purchase in June 2021 and I would have no hesitation in recommending Homefit. Unfortunately the β€œtradesman” that was recommended by Homefit called Paul Smyth didn’t have the same attitude as Chris or Homefit. From the start Paul seemed to have a very unprofessional attitude to the job as the first date he gave me to commence the job he didn’t appear and his excuse was that Homefit did not tell him I ordered a bathroom even though he wrote the job start date in his diary in front of me. The second date he gave me he called me on the day to say he was away as the weather was good and he didn’t want to waste the nice weather but would start the next day. They started and completed the job and we were happy but the following day I noticed they left a large hole in the outside wall and a pipe just hanging allowing water to just run free and it took them over a week to come back to fix it. Then silicone was not properly done which caused a leak into my living room which Paul did fix and a few weeks later after numerous phone calls and texts another leak into the living room had to be fixed. They have known about a constant noise which is coming from the pipe work they installed since August but they have not fixed it and have ignored all phone calls and texts until a few days before Christmas Paddy (the plumber) rang and arranged to come out and failed to show up. I phoned him and text him during the lead up to Christmas and eventually got him and he guaranteed he would be out on Wednesday the 19th Jan and yet again he let me down without an apology or reason for letting me down again. They have ignored all my calls and messages. I have given these people plenty of opportunities to rectify the faults and now have no choice but to leave this review as they refuse to speak to me. I would hate anyone else to have to go through this. I never leave reviews but their lack of manners is too much to not leave an honest review for the sake of others who may be recommended to use Paul Smyth for a bathroom installation. Hopefully he can read this review and learn from it that aftercare of a bathroom installation is just as important as the day they finish the job and get their money. This really was not the way I wanted this to be done and maybe they will think twice about ignoring people in future.

    Needed backer board for tiling job. The staff where amazing, as not only did they carry the board out to the car, but also offered advice and helpful tips. Plus good stock.

    I've bought a few times from this company, mainly for my garden, tarp, gravel etc. They're great help on the phone helping to decide how much you'll need and the delivery is prompt, the delivery guys are also very accommodating in getting the items as close to where you need them as is possible. I can't fault them at all, the only thing atm because of the disruption this past year is that the deliveries are taking slightly longer but if you can plan ahead it's fine.
