   Call into purhase a lamp. It was on display but not in stock. If I wanted it I could call back or have it delivered at a cost. I live quite far away so had it delivered.

   Great store, but even better staff! I visited the Boucher Road store on 13th Nov and spoke to several staff members when I was purchasing various things around the store - all were very upbeat and helpful, which made shopping there a joy! However, when I went to check out, I was served by a girl, Annabelle, who really did seal the deal! I was expecting Annabelle to be dour and grumpy as I was the last customer of the evening, and she had had to wait for me, but instead I was met with the most pleasant, lovely girl, who couldn’t do enough to help me. Not once did she look like she was trying to rush me, just kindly and professionally doing her job. So many shops that you go into these days, have grumpy unhelpful staff. and it really does make a difference to a customer’s experience, and likelihood of returning, if the staff are kind and friendly. So 10/10 Annabelle and team, and 10/10 to your savvy HR team for hiring you lovely lot!

   Not bad but the wallpaper we had seen online wasn't in store as we wanted to get a better look, curtains were good quality but again no stock in sizes we wanted, couldn't find what we wanted so left without a purchase and tbh the last time I was in a dunelm the prices were better, they have gone much higher than expected

   Have just made a purchase in the Boucher rd store, the sales guy Mohammed could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Not at all pushy, just a really lovely attitude. I would highly recommend him. Fabulous service.

   Huge selection of quality household items to enhance most home interiors but with that popular "Dunelm" touch and at keen prices! In-store first floor cafe serving hot food and beverages, lift available. Ladies, gentlemens and disabled toilets. Customers to this Retail Park take note - a three hour maximum stay in force after which a parking penalty is incurred.

   Travelled to Dunelm from Dublin after been recommended to us for curtains. We were quoted over 2,000 for made to measure curtains in Dublin. Well to say we were impressed is an understatement. Louise looked after us and we were so happy with her knowledge, professionalism and attention detail. We got the curtains we wanted at less than 1/2 the price quoted in Dublin. We would highly recommend this service and louise in particular.

   The shop looks like a teenage boys bedroom, a complete mess. Everything thrown together, with barely any room to walk comfortably and then you have to exit through the til route if you haven't bought anything. I had to laugh at how bad it was, couldn't believe it lol

   Never again. I ordered click and collect. They give you 7 days to collect but recieved an email day 6 to say pick it up but the end of the day or loose it. I rang the store 14 times(no answer) to see if they could hold it until the next day (I had just finished a night shift in the hospital and the store is 30 miles away tiredness and driving are not a good mix plus I had arranged to go the next day) I contacted the chat service and they basically told me that there was nothing they could do at all (the service was blunt and didnt listen) I panicked and went to the store about 7.30pm (shop closed at 9pm) I got to the till (only 1 person in front) the girl went off to get my order, she came back 10 minute later with only part of my order, she explained the rest was upstairs somewhere. A further 15 minutes later she came back with another part of my order (but not it all) she then went off again taking another 5 minutes. While she was away I found a large black mark on a white sheet. This was then refunded taking another 5 minutes. The girl was lovely, but, 35 minutes for a click and collect is ridiculous. Along with everything else I won't be using this service again. Pity! the bedding was nice and very reasonable.
