   Denise on customer service is so rude and miserable. Leaves customers standing while she talks. Seems to be always shouting at younger staff who seems to do more work than her.

   Great shop has everything you would need. There is also an iceland in store. Only fault too much stuff in the Isles can't get past. I was using a rollator. Christmas stock is all over the place.

   Great superstore, massive diversity of things for the home, garden and pets. Like I've seen in other reviews, it can be a bit of a wait when it's busy because the staff working at tills is far from sufficient. Very handy for a one stop shop though. They've closed the cafe which is disappointing but the prices are reasonable for great products

   A great shop. They seem to have everything under the sun. Washing up liquid to garden plants. An extensive range of barbecues and related equipment. The are very helpful and pleasant I found their knowledge of the product range and product locations to be superb.

   Great store with a great selection of stuff but there are so many safety violations here I'm surprised someone hasn't got hurt. Product sitting unorganized on the floor, a ladder open that a kid could have climbed up. Packaging from replenishment lying everywhere. The staff at the checkouts aren't the friendliest either for the most part.

   Brilliant shop is massive has just about everything you could need lol. Was looking for a few things asked staff they were very friendly and helpful. Only one complaint a few items I got the label said was £4.99 but was £7.99 and another item priced at £8.45 was £12 so maybe staff could check and see right items are labeled correctly with right prices so ended up paying well more than I should have on a few items only for the fact I didn't have time I would have went back in and said about being over charged.

   The place is Amazing but the staff are cold, ignorant, argumentative and nasty. Blonde girl heavy set with glasses was rude to my 70 year old mother at the till to which I asked her why she was talking to my mother like that to which she shouted at me " why are you being rude and shouting" - like hello I asked her why she was talking to my mother in a flippant way and she turned it on me. Too tired to argue with waster people like that but be aware the staff are the worst I've encountered anywhere but the store itself was like leisure world for adults.
