   Lost my card here today. Asked the staff for help, but they were unhelpful and said it was impossible to check. Totally disappointing—other TK Maxx stores have great staff, but here no one tried to assist me.

   I ordered a piece of jewellery from this store but ended up it had to be ordered online. It was for my friend's birthday she loves argento and it can be very pricey but found this beautiful silver heart that was a great price and ordered it as I only had 10 days left to her birthday. I am a loyal customer at tk maxx and I've never had problems before if I had they were only to happy to sort them but it was the deceitfulness of this that bothered me. The product came and I tried to open the box it seemed stuck so had to prize it open. Came to show they sent me a broken box but tried to cover it up with a bit off silk so when I opened the box the whole thing fell apart. I contacted them just to get a new box which they said no to so I sent photos and they offered £5 off and then £10 I tried to explain I needed an argento box as there was no tag even on the necklace or I would have bought my own box. I then got to thinking you deceitful people you knew sending me this out that the box was broken and were just hoping I would let it go which I would have had it not been a present as it was a beautiful piece of jewellery. They denied it and passed the buck I'm saying this for a reason dont assume and get them to wrap presents check them first.
