   Staff on the cigarette counter need some serious customer service training. One older lady in particular with the turkey waddle has no manners. It's not the first time either. Sorry for coming to the counter and inconveniencing you.

   Where else can you get Kerrygold, the world's greatest butter, at such a good price? Fresh bread and orange juice in the morning are also great. A hidden gem.

   Today whilst in Dunnes stores Annadale shopping in the food department, where I shop regularly. The shop was busy and customers were queuing at different check outs. I had been queuing for some time with a heavy basket. In front of me a man was about to lay his shopping on the check out, a woman who was in another que pushed in front of me, I said excuse me but I am next in the que she was cheeky to me and the man turned round to me and said this was his wife even though she had been in a different que. I found this to have been very bullish behaviour and could have turned very nasty not what I expect when I go shopping, very rude indeed. I brought this to the attention to a female manager who claimed there was nothing they could do about this. In other words bullish behaviour and que jumping is quite acceptable in Dunnes. I suggested a sigh asking customers no to behave in this way might help. This suggestion was dismissed. I hope this will not happen to me again I felt really quite disturbed by this experience.

   Great place for grocery shop. Well stocked shelves. Very helpful staff and till operators. And you get vouchers towards next food shop. Worth a visit

   Just wanted to say the young lady with the blonde hair (didn't note her name sorry) was really helpful tonight in getting me sorted with a return! Nice to see that good customer service is still out there ☺️ Didn't get a chance to have a proper look round the store but they had a nice selection of clothes and the pyjama section was stacked! :)

   Nipped in today to grab some PJ'S for my son whose coming home unexpectedly for a few days and couldn't believe the prices for mens clothing! Got some jogging buttoms as well and a beautiful soft velour dressing gown. I'll definitely be back to get Xmas pressies for family soon. Fantastic staff as well. Very helpful overall a winner.

   Great store. Excellent value and fruit and vegetables are significantly better quality than other bigger supermarkets. Staff are friendly and helpful. Wouldn't shop anywhere else now for food. The only suggestion I would make is that self service tills would make shopping experience smoother and more efficient.
