   I recently purchased a Bistro Set from this store. The manager(Jason) was really helpful and informed me it was available in various colours. After I had made my decision he recommended some outdoor cushions that had just arrived in. After the purchase the manager carried everything to the car for me. I have made regular visits since and even picked up a designer pair of jeans for £20!! Great store for bargains if you have time browse. Staff are always ready to help.

   We had visited this shop a couple of times and bought some products as the price deals were great. However, our experience with the shop was ruined most of the time by a tall male staff who was very unwelcoming and rude. We were not able to get his name, but he seems to be the manager. He would glare at us and talk loudly with other staff members saying nasty things about us. We ignored him as we were just there to shop and we don't want any drama. We decided not to buy in this shop again as the feeling of being discriminated totally outweighs the joys of shopping good deals. If you want to enjoy shopping, avoid this store.

   Arrived the other day and the manager was closing the shutter at 5:15pm. Asked him what time they closed and he said 5:45? even though online it says 6pm - but had already turned off all the lights and closed the shutter meaning people are obviously not going to come in. I don’t understand how this man is still the manager of this shop. There was a girl working with him and she looked absolutely terrified to be left alone with him in the store. Someone needs to look into this place as a matter of urgency.

   Never go to the his store Such a horrible manager . Told off my son who is 8 years old Told me to put my children on a leash for touching a garden item . I went to talk to him about the way he scared my child . He shut me out and told me to get out a that I am banned to come to this store . The fellow customer saw this and supported me whole heartedly and said there was no call for that . I asked the manager name . He said he will not tell me his name . I told him I will complain the way you dealt with my child. He said clear off . Too arrogant and horrible experience. I do not want to see him again in my life My child is still sobbing. I don't mind paying for any compensation, but a human treating a human has to change . Just because we are Indian we should not be called with terminology used for animals . I want every one to react to this . This is a sad and humble request from me

   I would like to share publicly how impressed I am with the service I received from brand max on the boucher Rd. Giving special mention to the manager Jason and Vanessa the sales assistant, who both went above and beyond to help me with my issue. They tried everything to source me a matching pair of shoes I was looking for and called me on multiple occasions to keep me updated on their progress even calling me to let me know that the return time had nearly lapsed and to ensure that I didn't miss the deadline and loose out on my money. I'm not sure of any time in any other store where I have been treated with such attention and kindness. Other retailers should take notice, because for this shop its definitely not a case of if its not on the shelf it's not there. Thanks again and hope to see you soon.
