Buyer beware. No goods are guaranteed anymore. They will take money and give you faulty/mis-sized items with no consequences for themselves. Previously I would have had some sympathy but what these guys are doing now is crooked. The staff are complicit and this place needs to have it's doors closed.

The flowers are incredibly fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged. You can tell they put a lot of care into their selection. They also have a great variety of home base products—everything from decor to essentials, all of high quality and reasonably priced. The staff was super helpful and friendly, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for fresh flowers or home products. I visit this place quite often but for the second time I’m getting bad attitude of Tom. I bought two items on Saturday and return one of them on Sunday, and then I got one receipt for my refund but the girl didn’t give my original receipt back. I had to change my second item because I got the wrong size today so I gave Tom my return receipt, which what I only have, and tried to explain to him what happened but he turned on me as if I was lying for a 3£ item. He said if you bought two items it would show on your receipt and that’s not true, without even giving me the chance to talk he kept on interrupting me. I paid for my other item because 3£ is no big deal to argue on, but it’s not the first time I get this bad attitude of this guy.
A wonderful place to visit for the variety of stock for home and garden. Looking for that lamp, tools, paint, plants and inside and out furniture. Bought a modern corner unit for a bargain, photo inserted.
Great customer experience, went to buy tree pots for my olive trees, met mr John who helped us pick and handled all my items with care and although been busy he gave us lots of information about how to use properly the nutrients, soil and all equipment bought. Thank you mr John, you are the best :)
My thanks to the young person who transported our Keter 2000l storage cabinet to our car. When it wouldn't fit he unpacked it for us and packed into our car. He insisted on doing it all himself and tidying everything afterwards. He went well beyond our expectations of good customer service. Many thanks.

So disappointed in homebase half empty and not as much stock as they used to have everytime I go in they don't have the item I'm looking for used to be brilliant place to go to not anymore unfortunately
If I could I will give 0 stars! I don’t know how lots of people said the staff was helpful! Yesterday I visited Homebase for the first time and that is because I needed a jigsaw for my doors and it was the only place in town that had them on stock so I headed there,it took me about an hour to get to the store. When I got there and the jigsaw I wanted ,SRK 632427 ,wasn’t on the shelf even tho appeared to be in stock. A member of the staff confirmed that it was on stock,but the products are on the warehouse and I should come back in 2 days to get it because this is when it should be on the shelf. Like,in 2 days?? Seriously,Homebase?? I left there very disappointed! If I wanted a product in 2 days I would order it online (thing I’ve done bought it from Amazon where it was £5 cheaper too). So yeah, 0 ⭐️ service from Homebase team! So if you see something on stock that you want don’t go there call first or click and collect because the stuff won’t help you in store!!
