Had 2 designs done by Donna and I love them. Also going back for a 3rd one in two weeks. She’s is very professional and knowledgeable. Donna makes you feel welcome and at ease as soon as you walk in. The shop is very clean and also sells other little items like crystals and jewellery. This is now my go to place for any inks and piercings. Thank you Donna.
I had my ears pierced here and one of my lobes actually split in two, since it was pierced so low. This was while I was wearing a small surgical steel stud. I have a lot of piercings and have never had an issue like this before. I also had my conch done here which healed absolutely fine, but this was evidently done poorly.

Had an amazing experience here. Had a tattoo from Donna. She is extremely calm and patient. Donna was always checking that I was doing ok. Excellent aftercare information aswell. My tattoo is now healed and I absolutely LOVE it.
Horrendously unprofessional business. Enquired online and received no reply so gave them a call and got their email address. Sent them ideas of tattoo designs my sister and I wanted and went in to talk to them about it and pay a deposit for an appointment today. Chased them a week ago as we still hadn’t received the designs. Heard nothing so chased them again on Thursday. Received a reply yesterday with only one of the two designs that was only an outline with no colour on it that they expected me to approve to be permanently tattoo’d on my body. Asked them to refund my deposit and they said this is non-refundable. They sent the other design for my sisters, which was supposed to be three children younger than 5 on a swing but they looked like teenagers. As it was the day before we were supposed to get them tattoo’d we were worried about the quality of the tattoos we would be getting so asked for a refund because we no longer wanted the tattoo’s as we didn’t trust them anymore and they refused to refund the £100 I paid. Most disgusting unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a tattoo shop having had four tattoos previously. I will be advising everyone I speak to, never to get a tattoo here.
