Greatest swimming school in Ballymena. Kids learn fast. Only improvement needed maybe the waiting area. It needs WiFi as there's no phone signal. Had to go out to check important messages.
APPROACH THIS COMPANY WITH CAUTION. This company has decent instructors, HOWEVER, the strategy of the company owners seems to be to refuse to talk to parents who have concerns. We tired to resolve an issue via email and the company kept changing the story about assessment, misreprenting facts and then point blank refused to have a phone conversation. I've never in my life experienced a company who refused a phone call from a client!! Our boy was not assessed properly (August 2024) and feedback on shortcomings were not communicated..speaking to other parents across many levels it appears that children are held at the same level for a very long time(in at least 2 cases we know personally the children kept on same level for well over a year). Perhaps this is their business model? Another personal experience in their Templepatrick/Antrim facility was that my older boys were told that they would be moved back 2 whole levels because the owner had reviewed the quality of the instructor and felt it was not good enough. We moved those boys to another swimming school and they were immediately assesed to be at the correct level passed that level at the first assessment. You'll notice that the same names and reviews appear across all their sites and the names of some reviewers is the same as the company staff. Coincidence no doubt. If you want a swim school who genuinely want your children to progress rather than just take a weekly fee, then I could not recommend this company based on my own experience.
Couldn’t recommend H2o Swimming Academy enough. My daughter, Heidi absolutely loved her swim lessons with Vicky. She was amazing with all the babies and super easy to talk to which just puts you right as ease. She took time to get to know each individual baby and made it fun for them all. Amazing teacher all round! Thanks Vicky.
All three of my children have attended Castillo Swim for lessons and all have loved it. The reception team are friendly and the teaching staff are fantastic. My eldest had a fear of the water and can now swim confidently! Thanks Castillo Swim
