   Russells in Lisburn is an absolute local treasure — and at the heart of it all is the legend that is Scott. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine warmth and helpfulness, but it’s Scott who truly goes above and beyond. This young man has clearly devoted his life to Russells. You can tell he cares deeply about the store, the customers, and the community. In fact, from speaking to him, it’s clear he dreams of one day owning the Russells franchise — and honestly, I can’t think of anyone more deserving. Scott is the kind of person who will always go the extra mile. Case in point: I once asked about Heinz Seriously Good Mayonnaise, and while most would shrug and point at the shelf, Scott disappeared into the back store like a man on a mission — and came back victorious. You don’t get that kind of service just anywhere. He even told me a story about once looking after a dead dog at the side of the road — a moment that really struck me. It shows the kind of character he is: compassionate, respectful, and willing to step in when others wouldn’t. Russells is lucky to have him, and so is Lisburn. Five stars for the shop — and six if I could for Scott.
