   My daughter had her belly button pierced by lisa, she talked us through everything we needed to know and gave brilliant aftercare advise. The piercing is perfect, nice and straight and we have had no issues whatsoever! Lisa was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Cannot recommend her enough

   I come in a few months ago to get a big butterfly tattoo on my leg. They charged me £250 which was fine but the way My tattoo has been done is horrible it’s uneven wonky and it was rushed. The lady done it so horribly wrong that I am not scarred with a tattoo for life that I absolutely hate. I come in hoping I could cover up my scars with a beautiful tattoo. The lady who done my tattoo couldn’t even follow the straight lines on the stencil she done it so thick and wonky and also added in no shading just filled everything out with black. If I could I would have never came here I am not stuck with a horrible tattoo on my leg for the rest of my life that I will have to get removed because of how bad and poorly it’s been done! I would never recommend this place to anyone do not come here !

   The lady wich has done my piercing was lovley, made sure to explain the steps and procedure, aswell as giving tips and recommendations on how to keep the piercing clean and avoid infection, about the place itself, very private so I felt comfortable.

   Very cheeky & disgraceful! Go somewhere with more integrity! - about 10 months ago I visited jacks for a tattoo, a small butterfly behind my ear, and about 2 weeks ago I went in for a touch up, as most tattoos do usually fade a bit after time & I was told that I needed to pay for my touch up, I was stunned. The tattoo cost £50 in total when I had got it done & they were asking for £20/30 for a touch up! I explained that I had come in earlier this year for the tattoo & asked why they were going to charge me, the response I got was that touch ups are only free for 4 weeks after the initial tattoo, what a joke. I then said that no tattoo would have needed a touch up in that timeframe, how could a tattoo need touching up when it’s healing?! They then repeated the same response, like robots… talk about bad business! I don’t know how that place stays open when their staff turnover is so high as well as how they are treating customers, it’s disgusting. I have never had anywhere ask me to pay for a touch up, when I’d had the tattoo originally done at their shop.
