   Outstanding Experience Had an incredible experience at Gumtoad Tattoo in Hertford. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel completely at ease. The studio is clean, welcoming, and full of character. Grant was not only talented but genuinely took the time to understand what I wanted. The design came out even better than I imagined, detailed, creative, and clearly crafted with care. Hygiene was spot-on, and the aftercare guidance was clear and helpful. What I appreciated most was how personal the whole process felt. I wasn’t just another client Grant made sure my tattoo had meaning and looked perfect. Can’t recommend Gumtoad enough.    What can I say best tattoo shop in the Hertfordshire area, recently moved to Hertford & after my first visit I definitely wouldn’t go elsewhere. What a service that Emma & grant provide. Emma has the talent of drawings & understanding what you need while grant then puts his magic to work & the results he’s achieved with each of my tattoos I couldn’t be more pleased. By far deserves more than 5 stars. Best tattoo studio in Hertford / county without a doubt. Alfie

   I went to Martha to get a piece of flash I'd seen on her Instagram. When I got to the studio, Martha made me feel very comfortable and was super easy to chat to. I highly recommend Gumtoad tattoos, it's a lovely studio and it's kept so clean. I absolutely love my tattoo and I'm over the moon with it.

   From the moment I walked in to chat about my idea the week before, till walking out yesterday with my new tattoo, I was totally impressed with everything about this place. Great studio, clean, looks amazing, Martha and Emma are both great people and put me at ease straight away. Within 2 minutes I knew Martha was the one to do my tattoo. Got my design which was spot on and went in to spend a very pleasant three hours chatting and laughing while Martha did her magic. I loved my time there and absolutely adore my tattoo. Already planning my next one just so I can go back and see them!!

   I had such a great experience at Gumtoad! I've had 3 pieces done, all by Martha, and they turned out great. She was so kind and made the process of getting my first tattoo very relaxed and comfortable. The shop was very clean and well lit, and the other artists/staff (Grant and Emma) were super friendly and great to chat with. Love love love the environment would highly recommend!
