   Sebastian is a lovely, friendly and very knowledgeable man. He did a great job in my house which has persistent mould spots by clearing the issue and helping me identify why it was happening. Without his knowledge and expertise I would continue to struggle with it. Now I have a few things to save for and put into place to prevent it ever happening again and to increase my heat retention within the house, saving me money in the long run. Sebastian has been so helpful so far and his aftercare is amazing. Once the job is done he is on hand to ask questions and give advice. He arrived when he said he would and answers my questions fully and quickly. I hope I never have to use his services again but I would highly recommend him to future users.

   Sebastian was wonderful from start to finish. I called him as a guest we were hosting had smoked in their room and we required that the odour be removed quickly. Sebastian talked me through the options and was able to squeeze us in the next evening - which was so important for us due to the business we could have lost if there had been a long wait. He arrived on schedule and explained everything clearly as well as providing a quote for the work in advance. All in all a very positive experience and professional and efficient service!

   I was really impressed with the knowledge and advice Sebastian gave over the phone, and he explained (in depth) the treatment he would use on the carpets to eliminate the urine smell. He was able to fit us in within a week of contacting him, and did an outstanding job. Our carpets look like new again, and the odour completely gone. I would defiantly use Cleaning Contractors NI again.
